About The Role

As a Junior Accounts/Administrator Officer at ASN, you'll be an integral part of our operations, supporting our Accounts Manager in various accounts and administrative tasks. You'll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment where you will gain valuable knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic accounts/bookkeeping functions such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and end-of-month reconciliations.
• Contribute to HR/payroll functions, including setting up new team members in our system and assisting with fortnightly payroll.
• Play a role in inventory management processes, including goods receipting and inventory ordering.
• Engage in general office duties and administrative support as needed.

About You

• Experience with accounts/bookkeeping tasks and the use of Xero accounting software is desirable. However, training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Full-time availability.
• Strong numeracy, data entry skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

• A punctual and adaptable team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
• The willingness to learn new skills, software, systems and take on new tasks.
• Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
