About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for representing ASN values and helping the team have the highest level of care for the store. You will be active in the community and passionate about helping your customers and your team reach their potential!

Key Responsibilties

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective running of the store
• Monitoring and ensuring high levels of customer service
• Develop, train and motivate your team to increase productivity
• Drive sales to meet store budget and targets
• Develop strategies and processes to ensure continuous improvement
• Local marketing and networking to improve sales
• Manage day to day operations including financials and inventory

About You

• Passionate about fitness and health industry
• Experienced in Retail Management (preferred)
• A standout sales professional
• Results orientated
• An excellent communicator (written and verbal)
• A hunger for success with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• A qualification in Nutrition, Sports Nutrition or Naturopathy is a plus but not essential
