As our eCommerce Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering excellent online customer experiences that increase sales and support our mission.

About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager and working alongside our Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for the development, execution, and management of our ecommerce platforms and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement digital strategies that drive traffic and revenue both online and in-store
  • Develop and implement ASN’s eCommerce strategy, in line with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Drive online sales growth by optimising the website, developing and implementing promotional campaigns and aligning the e-commerce experience with digital advertising channels
  • Ensure seamless customer experience by continuously improving website functionality, user experience and customer service
  • Oversee merchandising and content management processes to ensure products are up-to-date and available online
  • Analyse eCommerce performance metrics, generate reports and provide recommendations for improvement

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in the retail or sports nutrition industry
  • We like to work fast! You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualification in business, marketing or related field
  • Passion for digital commerce, health and fitness
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, Marketplaces, tools and technologies, including Shopify, Google Analytics and digital advertising channels
  • Understanding of SEM and SEO practices
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be flexible to meet business demands during peak trade periods.
