The Role:

At ASN you are the CEO of your store! So, as the CEO of your store, you will be responsible for representing our ASN values, along with managing the store’s day-to-day activities. You will deliver exceptional service and support to your customers, along with helping your team to reach their full potential! Your role doesn’t just stop there within the four walls of your store. You will actively engage the community, sharing your passion for health, fitness and ASN and building a community of like minded individuals achieving goals together.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Oversee Employees and daily work tasks
•       Increase store sales to meet budget
•       Grow and uphold store reputation
•       Local Marketing
•       Day to day operations in the following
  •       Financials
  •       Inventory
  •       Internal relations
  •       External relations and networking

• Experienced in B2B and networking - you love to connect with people and build a network of like-minded individuals in your local community.
• Proactive and enthusiastic about your growth. You love learning about all things nutrition and sports supplements so you can provide the right advice to support great results for our customers. In fact, you may already hold a qualification in Nutrition, Sports Nutrition or Naturopathy, which is a plus for this role, but not essential.
• Experienced in Retail or Sales Management. You understand retail operations and know how to take advantage of every opportunity to give your customers the very best experience.
